The Las Vegas Aces' second-half comeback fell short in an 87-74 loss to the Minnesota Lynx on Tuesday night.
The Aces trailed by 18 points at halftime, but they rallied to cut the deficit to five in the fourth quarter.
However, the Lynx held on for the win. Sylvia Fowles led the way for Minnesota with 22 points and 13 rebounds.
Kelsey Plum led the Aces with 27 points and Aja Wilson added 24.
